Department purpose
Our global financial markets department specialises in international capital markets work including securities law and capital markets regulation and stock exchange listings, as well as asset backed structures. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, alternative investment funds, international commercial banks, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex operations.

Role purpose
We are currently looking for a junior lawyer in global financial markets.

Key requirements




  • You have at least one year relevant experience within a law firm, gained in a Capital Markets department, ideally based in Luxembourg.




  • You have attended the CCDL or the equivalent in another EU jurisdiction.




  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French, German is an asset.




  • You are a team player, proactive and have excellent communication skills.




  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where strong attention to detail, and client service are essential to our business and that of our clients.
