Job Description
• Assist family members, including entrepreneurs and investment professionals, with Swiss tax structuring and succession planning, under the supervision of senior counsel.
• Support coordination with external legal and tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions for cross-border estate matters.
• Contribute to the delivery of tailored guidance on inheritance structuring, wealth transmission, and governance of family entities.
• Participate in tax compliance processes, reporting obligations, and long-term fiscal planning.
• Support the setup and administration of foundations, holding companies, and private investment structures.
Profile Sought
• Junior legal counsel or recently qualified lawyer.
• Good knowledge of Swiss tax and inheritance law, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this field.
• Prior internship or initial experience dealing with Swiss legal or tax matters is a plus.
• Interest in working with UHNW individuals and family-owned structures.
• Familiarity with international legal or tax considerations is an advantage.
• Fluency in English required; working knowledge of French or German is a plus.
