Descriptif de l'offre

As a VIE Group Tax Accounting Specialist, you will support the Group Tax Accounting team and the wider finance team in ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with Country-by-Country Reporting (“CbCR”) requirements and leveraging automation in the organization.


 


What You’ll Do: 


- Assist the Group Tax Accounting Manager to ensure SOX-compliant internal controls over financial reporting for the tax accounting function are appropriate, properly documented and maintained. 


- Assist the Group Tax Accounting Manager to prepare the private CbCR filing submitted to the Tax Authority, the Public CbCR and accompanying tax transparency narrative and the Australian Public CbCR. 


- Serve as an Automation Ambassador helping to drive the adoption of automation and citizen tools across the Group External Reporting, Consolidation & Group Tax Accounting organization. 


- Support with ONESOURCE Tax Provision administrative and tax accounting reporting activities , including forecasting. 


- Liaise with Stellantis NV Group functions and regional accounting and tax accounting teams, as needed, to achieve the above tasks and to support global income tax accounting alignment.


 


What You’ll Learn: 


- Comprehensive knowledge and technical expertise related to IFRS and SEC reporting requirements applicable to accounting for income taxes, Pillar Two, Public CbCR, Australian Public CbCR. 


- Tax technical concepts related to various international laws and treaties. 


- Ability to communicate and present issues in a clear and effective manner to internal and external stakeholders. 


- Cross-functional team management in order to achieve company objectives. 


- How day-to-day business activities impact key financial metrics of the Company. 


- International communication skills through frequent interactions with global tax and tax accounting team members and other global finance partners. 


- How to use Citizen Tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and help the teams to implement solutions in their dedicated team.
