Department Purpose
Our Real Estate Finance department focuses on international banking transactions, including regulatory matters, syndicated lending, investment-grade and leveraged acquisition finance, and debt restructuring. You will join a dynamic team advising leading investment banks, commercial banks, investment funds, governments, and public entities on complex, high-value transactions requiring advanced legal expertise.
Ranked among the top legal advisors for both borrowers and lenders, we represent a broad range of stakeholders: banks, financiers, funds, asset managers, owners, lessors, manufacturers, captive finance companies, operators, lessees, export credit agencies, and governmental and international organizations across all sectors. We ensure seamless execution of domestic and cross-border projects and transactions.
A six-month internship contract in our Banking & Finance department starting in July 2026 which is covered by an internship agreement.
What we look for
We are seeking individuals currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M, or preparing for a Bar in any European jurisdiction. You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, gap year, or your PPI at the French Bar (this is not a CCDL traineeship)
You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in Banking and Finance law
Fluent in French and English, with good writing skills in both languages, as you will work on international matters.
