Department purpose Our Corporate M&A team is recognized as a leading practice in Luxembourg, delivering exceptional legal services in the dynamic field of mergers and acquisitions. We advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and restructurings. Frequently ranked among the top M&A offerings in Luxembourg, we are the trusted advisor to multinational financial institutions, asset managers, private equity houses, and both local and international corporations. Our team brings extensive experience across all sectors, supporting buyers and sellers at every stage of the transaction and ensuring seamless execution of complex domestic and cross-border deals. Role purpose A six-month internship in our Corporate M&A department, from July to December 2026, covered by an internship agreement issued by your university or law school. Key requirements
