The internship is for a period of 6 months starting from the September 2023.

Description

The position will support the day-to-day work of Publicis Groupe Associate General Counsel in charge of Global Procurement projects.

We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our team. Your role will be to handle all the contributions required to set-up reliable and up-to-date legal process documentation. 

Primary responsibilities include:

·       You will assist and participate in the drafting and reviewing of legal contracts amendments and different types of legal documents

·       You will be involved with the team and will be responsible for performing legal research, contract administration, administrative, filling and ensuring legal monitoring

·       Fill in vendor contract checklist, update internal approval chain guidelines and drafting legal gap analysis memos

• Researching precedents, cases law, best practices and other matters as assigned


• Coordinating with Procurement project Managers

Requirements:

• Solid background in contract law, commercial law, IPR, IT law, data privacy both in French civil law and Common law


• Good drafting skills, detail oriented and quality conscious


• Flexibility and willingness to learn diverse topics and work on them


• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines


• Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.


• You are an enthusiastic person with a more pragmatic approach towards work


• MS Office skills are required


• You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks


• You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset


• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and French,


•  You feel comfortable in a challenging and multicultural environment,


• Knowledge in Common Law and US Law is a plus

Details:

The internship is based at Publicis Groupe’s headquarters at 133 avenue des Champs-Elysées, 75008 Paris.
