Department Purpose
Our Banking department specialises in international banking work, including regulatory work, syndicated lending, investment grade, leveraged acquisition finance and debt restructuring. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, international commercial banks, investment funds, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex transactions.

Training Contract
A six-month internship contract in our Banking department starting in July or September 2024 which is covered by an internship agreement. 

What we look for
We are seeking individuals currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M, or preparing for a Bar in any European jurisdiction. You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, gap year, or your PPI at the French Bar (this is not a CCDL traineeship)
You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in Banking and Finance law
Fluent in French and English, with good writing skills in both languages, as you will work on international matters.
