Descriptif de l'offre
Le Cabinet recherche un(e) stagiaire pour son département IP-IT/contentieux, pour une durée de 6 mois à temps complet, de janvier à juin 2024.
Mission :
· Rattaché(e) aux 2 associés et à un collaborateur sénior, vous intervenez de façon prépondérante en contentieux IP, contentieux commercial, et contentieux informatique
· Également, conseil en IP-IT-NTIC (contrats, consultations, audits, etc.)
Profil :
· Stage final élève avocat
· 3ème cycle spécialisé en propriété industrielle de préférence, ou propriété intellectuelle/nouvelles technologies
· Expérience préalable en contentieux en cabinet et/ou en juridiction très appréciée
· Très bon niveau d'anglais exigé (une part importante du travail se déroule en anglais)
· Rigueur, autonomie, réactivité et excellentes qualités rédactionnelles
