Job Description
• Advise senior family members, including entrepreneurs and investment professionals, on Swiss tax structuring and succession planning.
• Manage complex tax issues in close collaboration with swiss tax authorities.
• Coordinate with external legal and tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions to ensure seamless management of cross-border estate matters.
• Deliver tailored guidance on inheritance structuring, wealth transmission, and governance of family entities.
• Oversee tax compliance processes, reporting obligations, and long-term fiscal planning.
• Support the setup and administration of foundations, holding companies, and private investment structures.
Profile Sought
• Qualified lawyer or senior legal counsel
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in tax law, preferably within a leading law firm or private banking environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss tax and inheritance law, with a solid understanding of the broader Swiss legal framework.
• Practical experience dealing with swiss tax authorities is a strong asset.
• Proven track record advising UHNW individuals and family-owned structures.
• Familiarity with international tax considerations and cross-border planning.
• Fluency in English required; working knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
