Descriptif de l'offre

 
Department purpose
The Corporate team specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, major corporate restructurings and reorganisations, migrations, capital markets, joint ventures, general corporate law advice and corporate (pre-)litigation.
 
Training contract

An internship contract for six months which is covered by an agreement starting in January 2023.


What we look for
You are currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M or preparing a Bar in any European jurisdiction.
You are fluent in French and English and have good writing skills in both languages. Any other language is an asset.
