Descriptif de l'offre

Your missions :
 
As an HR Legal Counsel, your mission will be to work as a business partner of the People teams in France and in our countries of establishment (UK and Spain) and of all the other PayFit teams who need expertise in social law for the management of internal affairs.
 
 
You will be responsible for:
• Support the People teams on a daily basis on their questions relating to individual labor relations, pre-litigation and litigation;
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of HR projects in conjunction with the People teams, the operational staff and the CSE;
• Support the Labor Relations manager for the proper management of social relations and participate in the preparation of/attend meetings;
• Actively participate in PayFit's compliance with social regulations.
 
This position is based in France.
 
 
This job has been tailored for you if :
 
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience (in addition to your internships) as In-house counsel and/or Labor Law Associate in a law firm (modifié) 
• You have solid legal skills, which you want to put at the service of operationals to find suitable solutions
• You are autonomous, organized and structured
• You demonstrate adaptability, reactivity and pragmatism
• You have excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
 
• An experience in a B2B SaaS company with an international reach, and in a similar position is a big +
