Descriptif de l'offre

The International Arbitration Team and the UAE Corporate team of Alem & Associates, working across our offices in Dubai, Beirut and the ADGM, are looking for two interns for a 6-month paid internship 

During this internship, you will work closely with our teams on a wide range of international cases and/or practical legal projects, gaining firsthand exposure to key aspects of arbitration, international litigation, corporate transactions, commercial matters, and related regulatory frameworks. Under the guidance of senior lawyers, you will develop essential skills in legal research and drafting while contributing to the team’s day-to-day responsibilities. This hands-on experience is intended to serve as a solid foundation for your future legal career, particularly if you have a keen interest in disputes or corporate law within the UAE context.

-  Qualifications :

 Currently enrolled in a recognized law program or recent law graduate

 Strong academic record with a focus on international law and arbitration or corporate law & banking/finance

 Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Arabic is a plus

Les départements Arbitrage international et Corporate, Banking & Finance (Emirats) du cabinet Alem & Associates, situé au coeur du Abu Dhabi Global Market et travailant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de Beyrouth et Dubaï, recherche deux stagiaires pour un stage rémunéré de six mois.

Les stagiaires seront intégré(e)s à une équipe internationale composée d'avocats français, anglais et libanais et participeront activement à la vie des dossiers à tout stade des procédures en cours, ainsi qu'aux aspects clés des transactions d'entreprise, des questions commerciales et des cadres réglementaires connexes.

Profil recherché:

De préférence étudiants EFB/HEDAC titulaires d'un master à composante arbitrage international ou corporate/bancaire & financier.
Solide expérience académique
La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est indispensable.
La maîtrise d'autres langues, en particulier l'arabe, est très appréciée.
Une expérience préalable dans le domaine de l'arbitrage international ou corporate/bancaire & financier est un atout.
