Department purpose
Our team have significant experience advising financial institutions, insurers, reinsurers and brokers on a wide variety of insurance-related matters. This includes, for instance, setting up Luxembourg insurance and reinsurance companies, company/business migrations to Luxembourg, acting as legal advisers to sellers or to buyers on high profile, complex M&A transactions, and advising on regulatory and compliance issues.
Training contract
A six-month internship contract in our Insurance department starting in January 2024 which is covered by an internship agreement.
What we look for
You are currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M or preparing a Bar in any European jurisdiction.
You are fluent in French and English and have good writing skills in both languages.
