Department purpose
Our International Capital Markets (ICM) department specialises in international capital markets work including securities law and capital markets regulation and stock exchange listings, as well as asset backed structures. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, alternative investment funds, international commercial banks, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex operations.
 
Training contract
An internship contract for an internship of, at least, 4 months in our International Capital Market department which is covered by an internship agreement starting in September 2023.

What we look for
You are currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M, or preparing for a Bar in any European jurisdiction.
You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, gap year, or your PPI at the French Bar (this is not a CCDL traineeship)
You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in Banking and Finance law
Fluent in French and English, with good writing skills in both languages, as you will work on international matters.
