As part of the Legal IP & Legal Digital team, you’ll steer our global patent strategy, support inventors worldwide, and ensure our breakthroughs are safeguarded across international markets. If you thrive at the crossroads of engineering, law, and strategic leadership, this role is for you.


 What You’ll Do

In this high‑visibility role, you will:

✨ Lead and grow our patent function, guiding engineers, inventors, and IP experts
✨ Oversee the full patent lifecycle—from invention disclosure to global filings
✨ Partner with external patent firms and international patent offices
✨ Provide strategic guidance on IP matters, including litigation and M&A
✨ Champion IP awareness across the organization
✨ Shape a strong, forward‑looking patent portfolio that supports our innovation roadmap

✨ Optimize Patent portfolio 


 What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

✔ A Master’s degree in electromechanical, electronic, or mechanical engineering
✔ A Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law (CEIPI or equivalent)
✔ 5–7 years of experience in patent management
✔ Strong expertise in multi‑jurisdictional patent prosecution
✔ Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
✔ A mindset combining autonomy, rigor, and high confidentiality
