You will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal Group who advise Apple’s engineering, business and government affairs teams on complex regulatory issues.
You will analyze the applicability of regulations to various Apple services, manage and coordinate the internal workstreams within Apple Legal and interact with important stakeholders such as European Commission and other regulators.
Your focus will be on platform regulations in the EMEIA region (such as the Digital Markets Act), as well as on certain other regulations such as the Data Act and the Artificial Intelligence Act. The work requires outside-the-box thinking, versatility, and creative approaches to legal issues. You will collaborate with other legal groups, Apple government affairs and cross-functional business and engineering teams. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies.
