Descriptif de l'offre
For this position, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Bac +5 law student with an Antitrust and Competition law specialization.
- A previous internship in the Antitrust field is a plus, be it in a top-tier law firm, regulator or in-house legal team.
- Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and to deliver on various projects and concurrent deadlines.
- Team player comfortable working within a complex, fast-moving, international environment.
- Dynamic, organised, and rigorous with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken (mandatory).
YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Paris, at our superb global headquarters, starting in July 2026 for a duration of six months. You will be assisting the Global Antitrust team (two employees based in Paris) in day-to-day activities across the company globally.
Silvia, Senior Antitrust Counsel, will guide you through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role.
Your missions will include:
- Developing training materials and presentations on competition law and antitrust topics.
- Assisting in drafting and updating company policies and guidance documents related to antitrust compliance.
- Updating and expanding internal risk mapping databases and knowledge-sharing tools.
- Conducting research on antitrust laws, regulations and decision practice and monitor antitrust-related news and developments in Europe and globally.
- Contributing to the communication and engagement of Danone’s compliance community across the organization.
