We have exciting 6 months Internship opportunity within our Tax team for July 2024.
 
You will have the widest platform to develop your skills with us.

We are keen to hear from Interns with the following experience:
  • A strong academic record
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • A good command of German or any other language would be advantageous
  • Stays current on key legal and business developments
  • Commercially astute and stay current on key legal and business news
The team is particularly known for its expertise in the alternative asset management industry (private equity, real estate and fund formation) and for its advice on complex cross-border restructurings and reorganisations of multinational groups.
 
Duties include:
  • Supporting our team members on international tax questions, corporate reorganisations or investment funds structuring issues
  • Drafting tax analysis or memoranda and reviewing corporate and finance documentation from a tax perspective Researching and advising on taxation issues
  • Liaising with clients and assisting to conference calls
  • Generally supporting our team members in the management of their files
