We are an international Multi Family Office, advising families, entrepreneurs, and investors on the structuring, management, and transmission of significant private and corporate wealth.
Our activities encompass private equity, real estate, direct investments, and cross-border holding structures, with a long-term focus on value creation, governance, and regulatory integrity.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate Tax & Investment Structuring to join our legal and tax team in Paris or Geneva.

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of Legal and Tax, you will play a central role in the design, supervision and legal security of complex investment and holding structures across multiple jurisdictions.
As a senior advisor within the organisation, you will work closely with the Executive Management, investment teams and external advisors to ensure that all initiatives are implemented within a sound legal and tax framework.

This is a strategic and technically demanding position, offering broad exposure, autonomy, and a high level of trust.

Key Responsibilities

1. Structuring and Legal Engineering

  • Design, review and implement tailor-made investment and holding structures, including holding companies, partnerships, funds, dedicated vehicles, and philanthropic entities.

  • Oversee and secure acquisition, divestment and reorganisation transactions, integrating corporate, tax and financial aspects.

  • Draft, review and negotiate complex legal documentation (shareholders’ agreements, intra-group arrangements, investment protocols, financing and security documentation).

  • Ensure the coherence and legal consistency of intra-group flows and cross-border arrangements.

2. Corporate Tax and International Compliance

  • Supervise the tax position and compliance of the group’s investment and holding entities, in coordination with external advisors.

  • Conduct active regulatory and tax monitoring and assess the impact of evolving international standards, including:

    • OECD initiatives (BEPS and related guidance),

    • EU directives and regulations on anti-abuse and transparency,

    • automatic exchange of information regimes (FATCA, CRS),

    • and economic substance and documentation requirements.

  • Anticipate, interpret and incorporate these developments into the group’s legal and tax structuring framework.

  • Contribute to the group’s compliance processes (KYC, AML/CFT, governance, reporting).

  • Support or coordinate tax audits and regulatory reviews when required.

3. Governance, Advisory and Internal Development

  • Advise the Executive Management and family principals on governance, succession planning and international structuring.

  • Participate in investment and strategy committees, providing legal and tax insight at decision level.

  • Develop, formalise and maintain internal policies and legal standards for the group’s operations.

  • Mentor and guide junior members of the legal and tax team, ensuring methodological consistency and technical excellence.

Your Profile

  • Postgraduate degree (Master’s level or equivalent) in Corporate Tax Law, Business Law or Financial Engineering.

  • Bar qualification (CAPA or equivalent) or solid experience in a leading international law firm.

  • 7–10 years of experience minimum in an international law firm, private bank, family office or investment group, with proven exposure to cross-border structuring and corporate tax matters.

  • Strong command of corporate, tax and international private law.

  • In-depth understanding of cross-border investment vehicles, private equity structures and wealth planning mechanisms.

  • Excellent analytical, drafting and negotiation skills in English and French (both essential).

  • Absolute integrity, discretion and intellectual rigour.

  • Capacity to work autonomously within a demanding, confidential and multidisciplinary environment, and to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
