INTERNSHIP JUNIOR IP LAWYER (STARTING FROM SEPTEMBER)

Présentation de l'entreprise :

Founded in 1946 by Pietro and Giovanni Ferrero, the Ferrero Group is a family-owned business in its third generation. It has been built by talented people who share a commitment towards continuous improvement to achieve the highest quality and care. This same commitment is put into everything we do for our consumers and characterizes the environment in which we operate. Some of the world’s most iconic confectionery products come from Ferrero, including Nutella®, Tic Tac®, Ferrero Rocher®, and Kinder Surprise®. Sold in more than 170 countries, our products are part of the collective memory and traditions of consumers all around the world; loved by generations. In 2015, we entered a new era of acquisitions. Since then, we have acquired several brands and businesses, including Fannie May, the confectionary division of Nestlé, and Eat Natural, expanding our footprint and product offering also into the healthy snack segment. The secret to our global success is our 38,767 employees across the world, all dedicated to delivering the care and quality to craft the business, the careers and the brands we are proud of. From the moment you join us, we make sure you can nurture your curiosity and natural abilities. We provide the resources you need to succeed personally and professionally in a diverse work environment that is multicultural, innovative, and highly rewarding.

In 2021, Ferrero was the confectionary company with the best reputation in the world, according to RepTrak. This achievement reflects our determination to bring consumers only the very best; an approach which is at the heart of everything we do. Our dedication to quality and excellence, our heritage and our family values, as well as our respect for the environment and the communities in which we work, are all seen in our desire to sustain and celebrate life’s special moments.

Be part of it!

Descriptif de l'offre

As a Junior IP Lawyer Intern in our Legal team in Luxembourg, you will help safeguard the brands people recognize on shelf, online, and in everyday moments. You will shape clear, practical answers that let colleagues move forward with confidence, while keeping trademarks and other IP rights respected.

You will work close to marketing and brand teams, reviewing how names, claims, slogans, visuals, and packaging are used. Each request is a small piece of a bigger story: you support launches and campaigns, and you craft decisions that keep our brand activities consistent and compliant.

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.

You are pursuing a master’s degree in law, and you have chosen courses, a thesis, or practical work that connects directly to Intellectual Property and trademark law. You want to apply that learning and grow your judgement through real cases.

You can bring a first professional experience, including an internship, in a law firm or an in‑house legal department where you reviewed documents, performed legal research, and delivered written conclusions. You are comfortable handling several requests with clear priorities and deadlines.

You work in English every day and you write in a simple, direct style that helps others act. You collaborate with marketing and legal colleagues, you ask precise questions, and you check details carefully when you review brand and packaging materials.

Are you ready for this great challenge? Don’t miss the chance to apply!
