Descriptif de l'offre

We are recruiting an Assistant to provide administrative support to our case management team based in Paris.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily correspondence (preparation of letters, corrections, formatting, email send outs and express courier letters mailing);
  • Electronic and paper archiving;
  • Case follow up under the supervision of lawyers;
  • Database management for the procedures of the ICC International Court of Arbitration;
  • Preparation of ICC Court documents and notification of ICC Court decisions;
  • Case management team support during the transition to new tools and platforms.

Requirements

Do not hesitate to apply if you:

  • Are well organised, efficient and able to work autonomously and take initiative;
  • Have excellent computer skills (mainly Microsoft Word and Outlook);
  • Enjoy working in a multicultural team;
  • Have some previous administrative experience;
  • Possess excellent oral and written English skills. The knowledge of another language such as French or Spanish is a plus.
