Descriptif de l'offre

We are looking for a motivated intern to learn from and contribute to the business development activities for our Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) in the MENA region.

 

This will be an opportunity for you to develop your skills by:

  • Helping organising dispute resolution trainings, conferences, meeting (mostly virtual), in particular:
    - Helping with event promotion;
    - Compiling background materials such as rules and reports for e-distribution during the events;
    - Monitoring online registration systems;
    - Coordinating the catering, room booking and other logistical aspects;
    - Answer all registration-related queries and troubleshoot problems that may arise. 

 

  • Conducting legal research and market research;
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations;
  • Reviewing and updating mock cases;
  • Being part of the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) activities and helping monitor activities;
  • Compiling and analysing statistics.

Requirements

Do not hesitate to apply if you:

  • Are preferably a fresh graduate or final year’s student with interest in dispute resolution, marketing and communications;
  • Have a legal background, ideally in ADR issues;
  • Are fluent in English and Arabic (this is mandatory);
  • Are detail-oriented with a rigorous attitude to work;
  • Have a knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams Meeting and Zoom (a knowledge of Live Event and registration platforms would be a plus).

Terms and conditions

Important information before applying:

  • You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
  • Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.  
  • Based at ICC MENA in Abu Dhabi, our six-month internship programme is full-time (Monday to Friday, during normal business hours).
