The In-House Lawyer DATA-NTIC position includes three main areas of responsibility, primarily in IT and Data:

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: IT Department (MHIS), Purchasing Department (MH), Project Managers (Ecommerce/eRetail, Consumers, Marketing, Communication, Digital teams, etc.), DPO and Data Protection correspondents within the Maisons and subsidiaries, LVMH Legal IT Department.
External: Authorities (CNIL or local equivalents, etc.), professional organizations, law firms or advisors.
Education: Master’s degree (Bac + 5) specializing in IT Law and Personal Data (Master II) or IP Law with a specialization in IT and Data.
Languages: Fluent in English.
Professional experience & know-how: 5 years of experience in this specialization within a law firm or legal department of an international group.
