Descriptif de l'offre

  • Participation in the drafting and follow-up of the negotiations of credit agreements (bilateral and syndicated), standard LMA or others;
  • Updating of contract templates used by the Bank (credit agreement, service provision contract, confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, general conditions, etc.);
  • Review of contracts with external service providers by ensuring their compliance both in terms of legal and regulatory matters and in terms of internal procedures;
  • In direct contact with managers and operational teams (including foreign offices), assistance with any legal questions;
  • Participation in cross-functional projects of the legal department (training, best practices, knowledge management, legal research, etc.)
  • Participate in the drafting of procedures
  • Ensure regular information by monitoring banking and financial regulations/legislation, participation in working groups and drafting of notes

 

  • You are a student lawyer or in Master 2 / DJCE Banking and Financial Law
  • Your personality allows you to work independently
  • Curiosity, rigour, sense of initiative are some of your personal qualities
  • You have a certain sensitivity on economic and financial issues
  • Willingness to evolve in a multicultural environment with an international dimension
  • The working language is English
  • A first significant internship (minimum 6 months) as a lawyer in a law firm and/or within a legal department of a multinational company would be appreciated

 

Internship to be filled from January 2025 under internship agreement for a period of 6 months full-time.
