Are you ready to bring your legal expertise to global marketing projects and help shape the agreements, frameworks, and guidance that keep bold ideas moving?

As Legal Counsel Marketing, you’ll act as a trusted legal business partner for marketing, media, and digital technology teams at Red Bull. Based in Elsbethen, you’ll advise on international marketing projects, support contract drafting and negotiations, and help business teams navigate copyright, contract, marketing, and data privacy law with confidence.

In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across Legal MMDT, Global Marketing, the Regions legal team, and external partners. Your expertise will help enable all sorts of marketing initiatives while ensuring legal compliance and practical solutions.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • You’ll advise and support internal clients on legal matters related to global marketing activities, including event sponsorship agreements, talent agreements, terms of participation, event agency agreements, licence agreements, letters of intent, independent contractor agreements, participant disclaimers, etc.
