About the role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We're looking for a Paralegal to collaborate with our lawyers on disputes and complaints. You'll manage the team's administrative aspects and provide support on legal issues.

The breadth of work you'll encounter is pretty unique for an in-house role, so you'll have a large degree of responsibility for Revolut’s ongoing development and growth.

Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing a caseload of litigated and non-litigated matters, with supervision and support from Legal Counsels
  • Assisting Legal Counsels with complex matters, including disclosure, collection, and production of materials
  • Liaising with external counsel, including on cross-border matters, and managing legal spend
  • Capturing know-how and assisting with knowledge sharing
  • Implementing new scalable processes to support the Dispute Resolution team, and assisting with the collation of management information
  • Being a team player and supporting the wider Legal team in a variety of tasks, from regulatory filings and corporate governance to investor relations and intellectual property checks

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English and French with exceptional communication skills
  • Solid motivation to work in a fast-paced environment, plus the enthusiasm and willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn fast, and take responsibility
  • The ability to manage large amounts of documents, as well as seek out new technological solutions to make the Legal team’s processes and functions more efficient
  • A high degree of independence, initiative, and decisiveness
  • Excellent organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects at once to meet deadlines
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing to the success of cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • An undergraduate degree (2.1 or above)
  • 1+ years of experience working at a law or compliance firm, ideally within a litigation department
  • Familiarity with UK court proceedings and procedures, including Civil Procedure Rules and the County Court system
  • Knowledge of financial regulations or contentious financial regulatory matters in the UK
  • Impressive analytical skills
  • An ability to demonstrate sound legal and business judgement, even in ambiguous situations
  • Fluency in another language
