Our Mergers & Acquisitions group assists corporates, private equity firms, family offices and entrepreneurs on takeovers, buy-outs, divestitures, carve-out transactions, restructurings and other complex cross-border and domestic transactions, as well as institutional investors and founders in venture capital financing rounds. Our group functions as one team across our Geneva and Zurich offices and is supported by market-leading specialists in all critical areas of corporate and M&A transactions. We operate in a wide range of industry sectors, on the buy-side and the sell-side in both private and public M&A.

If you are looking to work in an English-speaking environment where team work is essential in a dynamic, collegial and highly motivated group, we encourage you to apply.

This position is based in our Geneva office and involves transactions nationwide.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements and skills:

  • You are a Swiss-qualified lawyer;
  • You are keen to pursue your specialization in corporate law (prior experience is an asset but not a requirement);
  • You are fluent in English and in French and have a good command of the German language; and

On a personal level:

  • You have a pragmatic approach and are result oriented;

  • You strive for excellence and aim to consistently deliver work of the highest quality; and
  • You demonstrate a positive attitude, are reliable, responsible and a team-player.

Our hiring partner in Geneva, Jean-Frédéric Maraia, looks forward to receiving your application (CV, cover letter, university and bar exam grades).
