Composed of a multicultural and dynamic group of experts having a vast experience in advising clients, our Corporate / M&A department specialises in advising clients on the complex legal issues that can arise on international transactions involving Luxembourg subsidiaries of foreign companies, including advising on a broad range of corporate reorganisations. Interested in becoming a member of the dynamic and fast-expanding Luxembourg-based team of an international business law firm? We are looking for:

 

an Intern for our Corporate Department - From July 2025

 

YOUR ROLE

 

  • Advising domestic and multinational companies on corporate matters and corporate governance;

  • Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings and conference calls;

  • Ensuring legal monitoring and conduct legal research on Corporate matters;

  • Drafting legal documents under lawyer' supervision;

  • Working in collaboration with teams from other departments and offices.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Education - Student with a Master in Law looking for a 6-month internship covered by a university agreement;

  • Fluent in English and French;

  • Team player - you'll partner directly with our lawyers both locally and within the network;

  • Ability to demonstrate good analytical skills and attention to detail;

  • Capable of maintaining strict confidentiality on project and client information.
