TotalEnergies has developed a strong expertise in oil and biofuels, natural gas and electricity trading. Trading entities are based in Geneva, Paris, Houston and Singapore.

TotalEnergies installed its European trading hub across in Geneva, which now bring together very large teams around trading activities: TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping (T&S) and TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP).
 
T&S is a trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of crude oil and refined products on behalf of the TotalEnergies Company. It has been an active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage the market risk for a long time.
 
TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP) is the trading arm of TotalEnergies in the field of low carbon energies. As such, it operates in fast-evolving market dynamics influenced by internal and external factors that require constant adaptation and evolution.

 

Luminance it a new solution combining contract management, workflow automation, metadata extraction and artificial intelligence to support contract creation, review, negotiation and governance activities across the organization. 

 

You will support the deployment, configuration, testing and continuous improvement of Luminance across the Trading business: 

  • Participate in configuration and testing of Luminance functionalities and workflows. 
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and document issues and enhancement opportunities. 
  • Contribute to AI-powered contractual risk analysis tools and playbooks. 
  • Assist in prompt development, testing and optimisation for contract review.
  • Support metadata extraction, validation and contract intelligence initiatives. 
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of templates, clause libraries and negotiation playbooks.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations and communication packs.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities. 
  • Coordinate user feedback and support issue tracking. 
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives involving Generative AI, automation and Legal Tech.

 

ABOUT YOU : 

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, Innovation, Legal Tech, or a related field
  • You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation and emerging technologies
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong organisational abilities
  • You have clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are able to manage multiple priorities, work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • You are curious, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong team spirit
  • A tri-partite internship agreement is mandatory
