Position Title: Experienced Senior Legal Counsel
Specialization: Business Law (Corporate Law, M&A, Foreign Investment, Intellectual Property, Economic Business Law)
Location: Hydra, Algiers Zaalani Law Firm is a prominent player in the field of business law and business litigation in Algeria.

We collaborate and work closely with various leading global and international law firms.
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice on corporate law, foreign investment, restructuring, contractual matters, and handling litigation and arbitration cases when necessary.
We are seeking candidates who bring a wealth of experience from reputable law firms, in Algeria or abroad.
Required Profile:
- Educational Qualifications: Masters in Business Law, LLM, or related business law training (minimum 5 years' higher education)
- A minimum of seven (07) years in senior legal positions, demonstrating expertise in regulatory and transactional aspects, whether in Algeria or internationally
- Proven ability to independently manage complex and cross-border cases
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of young lawyers
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in handling litigation and arbitration cases is a valuable asset
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, personal commitment, and drive to explore growth opportunities within our firm
- Mastery of IT tools (Word, Excel, databases, software, etc.)
