Interested in joining a dynamic and fast-expanding team of an international business law firm? We are looking for:
Intern for our Banking, Capital Markets and Regulatory department - From July 2025
YOUR ROLE
Advising clients on all matters relating to banking and finance, regulatory and debt capital markets;
Being involved in drafting and reviewing varied types of contracts and legal documents in a broad range of transactional and advisory work;
Assisting on debt capital markets transactions and advising on the regulatory related aspect of finance transactions;
Drafting legal documents under lawyer' supervision;
Working in collaboration with teams from other departments and offices.
YOUR PROFILE
Education - Student or Graduate with a Master in Law looking for a 6-month internship covered by a university agreement;
Fluent in English and French;
Team player - you'll partner directly with our lawyers both locally and within the network;
Ability to demonstrate good analytical skills and attention to detail;
Capable of maintaining strict confidentiality on project and client information.
